Happy Birthday!!

Sadly today is my last week as guest at City Crafter's
I have had a great time joining in with this talented
group of ladies, thanks so much for having me!!
So today we are challenging you to make a birthday card. I have used a Poppy Power
image from their Short Stack Set. I love these fun cups stacked and the sweet bird.
I first embossed the card base with a Dotted Swiss Folder, then colored my image.
After coloring I added dimension paint  to the cups then
matted it on a Scalloped Spellbinder Rectangle.
The Sentiment is from the same set repeatedly stamped and
a Stampin Up border die added. A little string and sequins for a bit of embellie.
We would love to have you join in the fun this week***

Color Challenge

Happy Saturday !  Want to say sorry I havent been around commenting but I have had
a two week bout with EXtreme Vertigo and It's been a crazy ride.Couldnt sit up or stand.
Im a bit wobbly but at least upright and praying that it will soon be gone!
I will show great compassion to anyone who suffers from this horrible stuff!

So anyway on to the challenge. Here at Marks Finest Papers our challenge this
week is to use the color orange. Now this is certainly Not my favorite color but actually
wasnt as hard as I thought it would be. I found some Stampin Up paper and started from there
. I have used  pretty  image from the Roses Set,  colored it
orange and mounted on some vellum..
Some lace a little die cut and sentiment finish it.
So take the plunge and try using
orange, we would love to have you join us!!

City Crafters # 325

Today the Challenge at City Crafters is to make a
 Black & White card.for a celebration!
Such  possibilities with this one right!!
I love polka dots so I started there for  my base.
The diagonal die is from PTI and the black rick rack was made with a
Scalloped Stampin Up border die. The black doily and flower are
Spellbinders as is the tag. I added a pearl for my flower center and
I found this cool old button in my one of my treasured button boxes!!
The sentiment is from  the
Chrysanthemum Set of MFP Stamps
. Pop on over and join in this week!!

Sorry  ladies not so good at this blogging. Thought had it fixed to go yesterday.
Trying to help my sister as she has EXTREME vertigo and is on her back.

Tuesday Throwdown #305

Two Posts today, My City Crafter Challenge Post is right below this one....

Good Morning Ladies, today Team B is Challenging you to a Tic Tac Toe!
Our Sponsor is Robyn's Fetish

For my card I am using Button~Die-Cut~Flower
I printed two of the rose then colored both the images and cut part
of the flower out and pop dotted it up
to give it more dimension, more obvious in person than in the pic.
I embossed the dp with a Dotted Swiss Folder.
The ribbon is hand dyed and looks more red but its really rust to go with the dp.
The sentiment is cut with a
Spellbinder Pennant die and tied
on with a button.. The scalloped top is cut with a Stampin Up Border die.
Lots of variations you can use with the Tic Tac Toe so
come join in the fun this week!
